A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This deposit can be paid securely by credit card upon booking.

Tours & Experiences Cancellation Policy

• The 30% deposit is non-refundable in all cases.
• Cancellations more than 14 days before your experience: No further payment is due; deposit is forfeited.
• Cancellations 14 days or less before your experience, or no-shows: 100% of the total price is due/charged.

Packages Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations more than 30 days before your experience: No further payment is due; deposit is forfeited.
• Cancellations 30 days or less before your experience, or no-shows: 100% of the total price is due/charged.
